Arrived sooner than expected, and the book is a very decent size and it's pretty awesome😁 excited to get to use it...I am pretty talented at drawing (been drawing for many years and have had many people compliment my works...could always continue to learn and improve though!!) I don't do actual graffiti, however, I do like to draw and make graffiti styled fonts/art and have ALWAYS admired graffiti since I was little.

Using these techniques in Photoshop and liking the results. Instructions remind me of learn calligraphy books.

My soon to be teen is obsessed with graffiti...this helped develop ideas and bring art and history to his creativity.

It's a fat a realy nice book. I reccomend it for sure!

There are only a few graffiti-drawing related books out there. This is great. It's good for children and really helps to develop basic skills and to acquaint oneself with certain terminology. This teaches different styles of lettering, one letter at a time, and gives style and coloring tips as well. While other books may be more colorful and more about the art of graffiti, this is really like a beginner's workbook. And it's worth mentioning that this probably isn't great for those with intermediate skills. This book along with some useful tips and videos from internet users are the perfect springboard to mastering this art.

About the Author
I have lived a full, interesting and creative life supported by my family and many friends and irritated and spurred on by the hostile criticisms of a group of psychiatrists representing APA and NIMH. I was born on a farm in Southern Saskatchewan in 1917, completed High School in a rural school, my PhD at University of Minnesota and Medical degree at University of Toronto. By the time I got my first job I was 33 years old, had three children and was totally fed up with being a student. The last thing in the world I wanted to do was to become a psychiatrist, then the lowest branch of medicine. My wife Rose put up with these long student years while she brought up our three children. Bill became one of the world€™s best antiquarian book experts. He died 6 years ago from lung cancer. John is a Professor of Medicine at McGill University in Montreal a great clinician and researcher into nutrition, and Miriam is dietitian at Women College hospital in Toronto and recently published her very good book Fueling Body, Mind and Spirit. Rose died in August 2001 and since then I am alone but absorbed with my family and my work. I have the support of remarkable friends and scientists and all of us working together will eventually overhaul medicine back to its interest in nutrition and in nutrients. Since they did not know me personally I never took it personally although I must admit I would have preferred had they been supportive. I give my critics full credit for having delayed the full introduction of orthomolecular medicine into the medical world and for having denied life, health and happiness for innumerable patients. Supporters of old paradigms never realize how much damage they do by their remarkable rigidity and adherence to old theories.

Edelman's theory extrapolates to the brain the selectionistic immunological theories for which he was awarded the 1972 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine.Mountcastle's paper reviews what is known about the actual structure of various parts of the neo cortex. He relates the large entities of the neocortex to their component modules--the local neuronal circuits--and shows how the complex interrelationships of such a distributed system can yield dynamic distributed functioning.There are strong conceptual parallels between Mountcastle's idea of cortical columns and their functional subunits and Edelman's concept of populations of neurons functioning as processors in a brain system based on selectional rather than instructional principles.
